LGBTQIA+ with Pride

Each year, TH.0 supports Brighton Pride by hosting a LGBTQIA+ with Pride hackathon to promote a culture of acceptance and belonging by eradicating  discrimination.

Brighton Pride has announced its 2021 theme as Hope : Spirit : Unity.

Over the Rainbow will be celebrating community groups, NHS staff and key workers.

OVER THE RAINBOW, a fantastic and fabulous celebration of the heroes that have kept us safe through the difficult times that the national has endeavored throughout the Covid-19 crisis.

NHS and Key workers that have supported us throughout the year, it is our turn to show them our thanks and appreciation! Join us as we create, design and develop creative solutions to help and support them both personally and professionally.

Employee Diversity with Pride

Each year, TH.0 supports Brighton Pride by hosting an Employee Diversity Hackathon to promote a culture of acceptance and belonging by eradicating employee discrimination in the work place.

Unfortunately Brighton Pride itself has been cancelled, however, our fellow supporters have requested our 2020 hackathon still goes ahead….albeit, a few weeks later than originally scheduled, we are going virtual this year!

Why LGBTQIA?

Unfortunately, equality of professional standing for the LGBTQIA+ community remains questionable within the workplace. We host our annual Employee Diversity with Pride annual hackathons to help promote all year round quality and inclusion.

We call on you to invest your CSR allocation to brainstorm, plan, develop and create solutions that will empower LGBTQIA+ professionals by putting gender-responsive innovations at the centre stage.
